Select Parking Lot Rate Updates – Effective Thursday, January 15, 2026
NJ TRANSIT is updating parking rates at some facilities as we work to balance affordability with the realities of rising operating and maintenance costs. While the updated rates bring prices closer to—though still below—local market levels, we recognize that any increase can be challenging, and we appreciate our customers’ understanding.
Keeping parking rates aligned with local market conditions helps ensure that parking remains available, well-maintained, and responsive to customer demand. NJ TRANSIT remains committed to providing a safe, reliable, and high-quality transit experience, and these adjustments are one of the ways we can continue meeting customer needs today while sustaining service into the future.
Beginning on Thursday, January 15, new rates will go into effect at select NJ TRANSIT parking lots. A full list of updated parking rates and locations listed below.
