Newark Light Rail: Temporary Service Changes & Bus Bridge due to Construction - Saturday, March 13, 2021

On Saturday, March 13 from 6AM to 6:30PM, Newark Light Rail will experience temporary service changes and a bus bridge as follows due to construction:

• Train service will be temporarily discontinued between Grove Street and Branch Brook Park stations in both directions.
• Train service will operate every 20 minutes in both directions between Branch Brook Park and Broad Street stations.
• Train service at Silver Lake Station will be temporarily discontinued.
• Substitute bus service will operate every 20 minutes between both stations.

IMPORTANT: All trains and substitute buses will operate on a regular Saturday schedule.

Please allow for extra travel time, and listen for station announcements.
