UPDATE: Hudson Bergen Light Rail: Boarding Changes, Schedule Adjustments & Bus Bridge due to Track Work - Saturday, September 11 to Sunday, September 12, 2021
UPDATE: Additional adjustments due to weather-related repairs.
On Saturday, September 11 to Sunday, September 12, boarding changes, schedule adjustments and a bus bridge will occur on NJ TRANSIT’s Hudson Bergen Light Rail due to track maintenance work as follows.
Saturday, September 11, 5AM to Sunday, September 12, 8PM
On Saturday at 5AM until Sunday at 8PM, buses will replace trains on a load-and-go basis between 45th Street and Liberty State Park stations.
Saturday, September 11 and Sunday, September 12, 7AM to 7PM each day:
On Saturday and Sunday, 7AM to 7PM each day, Track 1 will be out of service between Port Imperial and Tonnelle Avenue stations. During this time, all trains will be arriving and departing on Track 2 at Port Imperial and Bergenline stations.
Schedule adjustments:
Northbound Departure Times (in minutes after the hour):
- West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue – :08, :28 and :48
- 8th Street to 45th Street – :19, :39 and :59
- Liberty State Park to Hoboken Terminal – :01, :21 and :41
Southbound Departure Times (in minutes after the hour):
- Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue – :16, :36 and :56
- 45th Street to 8th Street – :14, :34 and :54
- Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street – :05, :25 and :45
NOTE: AFTER 8PM on Sunday, September 12, normal departure times will operate.
