Newark Light Rail: Boarding Changes due to Track Work - Saturday, October 2 & Sunday, October 3, 2021

On Saturday, October 2 and Sunday, October 3, from 2AM until 6:30PM each day, boarding changes will occur on NJ TRANSIT’s Newark Light Rail due to scheduled track maintenance work as follows:

Saturday, October 2 & Sunday, October 3, 2AM to 6:30PM

• All trains will arrive on the outbound platforms at Park Avenue, Orange Street and Norfolk Street stations.
• Inbound platforms will be closed at Park Avenue, Orange Street and Norfolk Street stations.

IMPORTANT: All trains will operate on a regular Sunday schedule.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
