Newark Light Rail: Boarding Changes & Schedule Adjustments due to Track Work - Saturday, May 28, 2022

On Saturday, May 28 from 2AM to 5:30PM, boarding changes and schedule adjustments will occur on NJ TRANSIT’s Newark Light Rail due to scheduled track maintenance work as follows:

Boarding Changes:

• All trains will arrive on the inbound platforms at Branch Brook Park and Silver Lake stations.
• Outbound platforms will be closed at Branch Brook Park and Silver Lake stations.

Schedule Adjustments:

IMPORTANT: All trains will operate on a regular Sunday schedule.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
