On Saturday, July 23 from 6AM to 5:30PM, boarding changes will occur on NJ TRANSIT’s Newark Light Rail due to scheduled track maintenance work as follows:

Boarding Changes:

  • All trains will arrive on Platform 5 and depart from Platform 1 at Penn Station.
  • Penn Station Platform 4 and Platform 2 is out of service.

Please check the destination sign before boarding.

IMPORTANT: All trains will operate on a regular Sunday schedule.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
