Boarding Changes & Schedule Adjustments due to HBLR Track Work - Saturday, October 22, and Sunday, October 23, 2022

On Saturday, October 22 and Sunday, October 23, boarding changes and schedule adjustments will occur on NJ TRANSIT Hudson-Bergen Light Rail due to track work.

IMPORTANT: During this time, buses will replace trains on a load-and-go basis between Liberty State Park and Essex Street stations.

Boarding Changes:

• Tracks R1 and R2 out of service between Liberty Station Park to Essex Street Station.
• Track R2 out of service between Port Imperial to Tonnelle Avenue. ALL trains will be arriving and departing on Track 1 at Port Imperial, Bergenline Avenue, and Tonnelle Avenue.

Schedule Adjustments:

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

• 8^th Street to Liberty State Park – :20, :50
• West Side Avenue to Liberty State Park – :29, :59
• Essex Street to Tonnelle Avenue – :25, :55
• Essex Street to Hoboken Terminal – :24, :54

Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

• Tonnelle Avenue to Essex Street – :16, :46
• Liberty State Park to West Side Avenue – :00, :30
• Liberty State Park to 8^th Street – :11, :41
• Hoboken Terminal to Essex Street – :05, :35

Note: After 7PM on Saturday, October 22 and Sunday, October 23, trains will operate on a normal weekend schedule.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
