Pascack Valley Line: Train Delays Due to Speed Restriction – Effective Immediately

Continuing until further notice, Pascack Valley Line Train 1628 will hold between New Bridge Landing and Anderson Street stations for approximately 20 minutes due to an ongoing engineering-related speed restriction. This change to Train 1628’s schedule will minimize delays to other PVL trains.

Service Information:

  • From Anderson Street through Hoboken, Train 1628 operates 20 minutes later than shown in the printed Pascack Valley Line schedule effective November 13, 2022. Connections to New York-bound trains at Secaucus, to PATH and to New York Waterway ferries have also changed as a result.
  • The revised schedule for Train 1628 is reflected in the weekday PVL printer-friendly schedule (https://www.njtransit.com/schedules/printable), as well as on the Plan Your Trip and Train Schedules features on njtransit.com.

We appreciate your patience during this temporary adjustment.
