Newark Light Rail Construction Maintenance – Saturday, January 14, and Sunday, January 15, 2023

On Saturday, January 14, from approximately 2AM until 4:30PM, the outbound platforms at Orange Street and Park Avenue stations will be closed. Penn Station platforms 2 and 4 will be closed for a line department outage. Platforms 1 and 5 will be used for all passenger service.

On Sunday, January 15, from approximately 2AM until 4:30PM, the outbound platforms at Bloomfield Avenue and Davenport Avenue stations will be closed. Penn Station platforms 1 and 5 will be closed for a line department outage. Platforms 2 and 4 will be used for all passenger service.

IMPORTANT: On both days, all trains will operate on a normal Sunday Schedule.

Please check all destination signs before boarding.
