Newark Penn Station: Platform 1 South Entrance Closed - Effective Wednesday, February 22, 2023
Beginning on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 9 AM and continuing until further notice, due to repairs, the south entrance (near Starbucks) to Track 1’s platform within the main concourse will be unavailable.
During this time, customers requiring access to the Track 1 Platform may use the main concourse’s north entrance staircase (next to Auntie Ann’s), as well as the passenger elevator (next to the shoe repair vendor) or escalator no.7 (across from the passenger elevator) located within the north concourse.
Please allow for extra travel time. We appreciate your patience as we enhance Newark Penn Station.
