Newark Light Rail: Substitute Bus Service - Saturday, November 4 to Monday, November 6, 2023

Beginning on Saturday, November 4 at 2AM, through Monday, November 6 at 2AM, Newark Light Rail will substitute bus service for light rail service due to the Route 280 bridge repair. Only buses will be available during this timeframe.

Bus service will be operating from Grove Street Station to Newark Penn Station. Broad Street Extension Service will be suspended during this period.

NJ TRANSIT employees will be located at various stations to assist customers.

Please check all destination signs before boarding and allow for extra travel time.
