Hudson-Bergen Light Rail: Boarding Changes and Schedule Adjustments – Saturday, June 8 & Sunday, June 9, 2024
On Saturday, June 8, starting at 6AM and continuing until Sunday, June 9 at 8PM, schedule adjustments will occur due to construction along the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.
Boarding Changes:
R1 and R2 tracks out of service between Jersey Avenue Station to Newport Station.
Bus Bridge:
Bus bridge in place at Jersey Avenue, Marin Boulevard, Essex, Exchange Place, Harborside Financial, Harsimus Cove and Newport stations.
Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9 (6AM to 8PM) Departure Times:
Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- 8th Street to Jersey Avenue - :26, 56
- West Side Avenue to Jersey Avenue - :22, :52
- Newport Station to Tonnelle Avenue - :10, 40
- Newport Station to Hoboken Terminal - :23, :53
Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- Jersey Avenue to 8th Street - :18, :48
- Jersey Avenue to West Side Avenue - :28, :58
- Tonnelle Avenue to Newport Station - :04, :34
- Hoboken Terminal to Newport Station - :05, :35
After 8PM on Sunday, normal weekend revenue service will resume.
