Hudson-Bergen Light Rail: Boarding Changes due to Schedule Adjustments – Saturday, March 22 & Sunday, March 23, 2025

Effective Saturday, March 22, until Sunday, March 23, Hudson-Bergen Light Rail will be experiencing the following boarding changes due to schedule adjustments. 

Boarding Changes:

  • Saturday, from 6AM until 8PM, all trains will be arriving and departing on Track No. 2 at Port Imperial, Bergenline Avenue, and Tonnelle Avenue stations. 

  • Saturday, from 6AM until 6PM, all trains will be arriving and departing on Track No. 2 at Marin Boulevard, Essex Street, Exchange Place, and Harborside Financial stations. 

  • Sunday, from 6AM until 8PM, all trains will be arriving and departing on Track No. 1 at Port Imperial, Bergenline Avenue and Tonnelle Avenue stations.

    Departure Times on Saturday, March 22:

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

6AM until 6PM

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :06, :36

  • West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - :15, :45

 

Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :35

  • Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :24, :54

 

After 6PM, normal Saturday service will resume.

 

Departure Times on Sunday, March 23:

6AM until 8PM

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :09, :29, :49

  • West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - :05, :25, :45

 

Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :25, :45

  • Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :14, :34, :54

 

After 8PM, normal Sunday service will resume.

 

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
