Bus Detour for No. 197 in Wayne - Monday, May 26, 2025

Effective Monday, May 26, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Valley Road will be closed between Hamburg Turnpike and Riverview Drive/French Hill Road for the Memorial Day Parade. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 197 in Wayne will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward PABT will travel from Hamburg Turnpike and Alps Road, make a right onto Alps Road, left on French Hill Road, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward Warwick will travel from Warwick on French Hill Road and Valley Road, continue on French Hill Road, right on Alps Road, left on Hamburg Turnpike, and then continue the regular route.  

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
