Bus Detour for No. 501 in Atlantic City – Sunday, October 19, 2025

Effective Sunday, October 19, from 6:30 AM until 12:30 PM, Harrah’s Boulevard and Borgata Way will be closed between the Golden Nugget and Brigantine Boulevard due to the Atlantic City Marathon.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 501 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Atlantic City will not service Harrah’s or Borgata during the race, using Brigantine Boulevard, and laying over at Golden Nugget.  
• Buses traveling toward Brigantine will not service Harrah’s or Borgata during the race, using Brigantine Boulevard, and laying over at Golden Nugget.      

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
