Bus Detour for No. 400 in Camden – Monday, November 17, 2025

Effective Monday, November 17, and continuing weekdays until Friday, September 25, 2026, Mt. Ephraim Avenue/Haddon Avenue will be closed between Chestnut Street and Haddon Avenue due to long-term construction.  

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 400 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Philadelphia will travel from Mt. Ephraim Avenue and Chestnut Street, make a left on Chestnut Street, right on Route 676 North, right on Exit 5A for Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, right on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, right on Broadway, and then continue the regular route.   
• Buses traveling toward Sicklerville will travel from Broadway and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, make a left on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, right on Route 676 South, right on Exit 4 for Atlantic Avenue, left on Atlantic Avenue, right on Mt. Ephraim Avenue, and then continue the regular route.   

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
