Bus Detour for No. 553 in Vineland – Saturday, November 29, 2025

Effective Saturday, November 29, from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Landis Avenue will be closed between Delsea Drive and Valley Avenue due to a Christmas Parade.    

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 553 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Atlantic City will travel from Delsea Drive and Landis Avenue, continue on Delsea Drive, right on Park Avenue, right on 2nd Street, right on Wood Street, service Vineland Terminal, left on 2nd Street, right on Park Avenue, right on Myrtle Street, left on Landis Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward Upper Deerfield will travel from Landis and Valley avenues, make a right on Valley Avenue, left on Park Avenue, left on 2nd Street, right on Wood Street, service Vineland Terminal, left on 2nd Street, left on Park Avenue, left on Delsea Drive, and then continue the regular route.        

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
