Bus Detour for No. 811 in South River - Effective Immediately

Effective immediately until Tuesday, November 18, from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Main Street will be closed between Hillside Avenue and Gordon Street for road construction.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 811 in South River will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward New Brunswick will travel from Jackson Street and Gordon Street, continue on Gordon Street, make a left on Main Street, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward South River will travel from Main Street and Hillside Avenue, make a right on Hillside Avenue, left on Williett Avenue, left on Clayton Street, right on Raritan Avenue, left on Jackson Street, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
