Bus Detour for Nos. 59 & 112 in Roselle – Monday, December 1, 2025

Effective Monday, December 1, from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM, 2nd Avenue/Locust Street will be closed between West 1st Avenue and Walnut Street due to the Winter Wonderland Fest. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 59 and 112 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Newark/New York will travel from 1st and Locust Avenues, continue on 1st Avenue, right on Walnut Street, left on 2nd Street, and then continue the regular route.            
• Buses traveling toward Dunellen/Clark/Scotch Plains will travel from 2nd Avenue and Walnut Street, right on Walnut Street, left on 1st Avenue, and then continue the regular route.             

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
