Bus Detour for No. 12 in Bayonne – Sunday, December 7, 2025

Effective Sunday, December 7, from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Broadway will be closed between 50th Street and Avenue E due to the Guadalupan Torch Run. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 12 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward West 54th Street will travel from Broadway and Avenue E, make a right on Avenue E, left on East 50th Street, right on Broadway, and then continue the regular route.  
• Buses traveling toward West 1st Street will travel from Broadway and 47th Street, make a left on 47th Street, right on Avenue E, left on Broadway, and then continue the regular route.   

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
