Bus Detour for Nos. 502, 507, 508, and 509 in Atlantic City - Saturday, December 13, 2025

Effective Saturday, December 13, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, South Carolina Avenue will be closed between Atlantic Avenue and South Carolina Avenue for the Atlantic City Christmas Parade staging. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 502, 507, 508, and 509 in Atlantic City will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Hamilton Mall/Ocean City will travel from Ohio Avenue and Baltic Avenue, continue on Ohio Avenue, make a right on Atlantic Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward South Carolina Avenue will travel from Atlantic Avenue and South Carolina Avenue, continue on Atlantic Avenue, make a left on Pennsylvania Avenue, left on Baltic Avenue, right on Martin Luther King Boulevard, left on Bacharach Boulevard, left on Ohio Avenue, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
