Bus Detour for No. 744 in Clifton - Effective Immediately

Effective Thursday, January 15 until Saturday, January 17, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Lakeview Avenue will be closed between East Sixth Street and East Third Street for utility work.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 744 in Clifton will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Wayne will travel from Lakeview Avenue and East Sixth Street, make a left on Sixth Street, right on Vernon Avenue, left on East Fifth Street, right on Curie Avenue, right on East Third Street, left on Lakeview Avenue, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
