Bus Detour for Nos. 313, 315, 414, 417 in Philadelphia – Saturday, March 28, 2026

Effective Saturday, March 28, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Market Street will be closed between Franklin and Arch Streets due to a No War Protest. 

NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 313, 315, 414, 417 will operate on a detour as follows:

  • Buses traveling toward Philadelphia 30th Street Station will travel from I-676 and Franklin Street, continue onto Vine Street Expressway, take the exit for International Airport, take Exit 345 to 30th and Market Streets, right on Arch Street, and then continue the regular route. 
  • Buses traveling toward Various Locations will travel from Market Street and Schuylkill Avenue, make a left on Schuylkill Avenue/I-76 West to I-676, keep right to Central Philadelphia, exit right to I-676 East to Ben Franklin Bridge, right on 6th Street, left on I-676 East Ben Franklin Bridge, and then continue the regular route. 

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
