NJ TRANSIT Customer Advocate Passenger Experience Improvement Forums Beginning Tuesday, March 31, 2026
On March 24, Governor Mikie Sherrill signed Executive Order No. 16 directing NJ TRANSIT to develop a Rapid Action Plan detailing measures to improve specific aspects of the customer travel experience, including cleanliness, accessibility, safety, and the digital experience. To support this effort, NJ TRANSIT Customer Advocate Franck Beaumin will host three virtual listening forums to gather feedback from customers to help inform the Rapid Action Plan development and the improvements across all modes of service.
The virtual forums are open to all members of the public. Customers are encouraged to visit njtransit.com/actionplan to obtain the link to the virtual sessions and to pre-register as a speaker. Customers not able to attend a virtual session can submit their feedback by filling out the survey on njtransit.com/actionplan. The virtual forums will be held on the following dates:
- Tuesday, March 31 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Thursday, April 2 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday, April 4 – 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Customers are encouraged to subscribe to the latest updates via text messages and emails at My Transit Alerts, through the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App (including customized push notifications), by visiting Travel Alerts & Advisories for the latest service-related information, or by following us at @NJTRANSIT or via your line-specific accounts on “X” (formerly Twitter).
