Bus Detour for Route No. 22 in Hoboken – Monday, March 30, 2026

Effective on Monday, March 30, until Friday, April 10, from 8:45 AM until 6:00 PM each day, 14th Street will be closed between Willow Avenue and Washington Street due to road construction. 

NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 22 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Hoboken will travel from 14th Street Viaduct and Willow Avenue, make a right on Willow Avenue, left on 11th Street, right on Washington Street, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward North Bergen  will travel from 14th and Washington Streets, continue on Washington Street, left on 15th Street, left on Willow Avenue, right on 14th Street Viaduct, and then continue the regular route.     

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
