North Jersey Coast Line: Track Repair Work - Saturday, December 12 to Sunday, December 13, 2020

Delays of up to 20 minutes possible on NJCL trains in both directions

On Saturday, December 12 to Sunday, December 13 from 6AM to 6PM each day, ongoing emergency track repairs will affect service on NJ TRANSIT’s North Jersey Coast Line as follows.

Service notes:

• On both days:
  • Certain New York-bound trains departing Long Branch between 9AM and 1:15PM will bypass Little Silver, Red Bank, Middletown and Hazlet.
  • Certain Long Branch-bound trains departing New York from 6:07AM until 12:07PM will bypass Hazlet, Middletown, Red Bank, Little Silver and Hazlet.

• On Saturday, December 12, trains at South Amboy, Perth Amboy, Woodbridge and Avenel will operate on the westbound (to Long Branch/Bay Head) track in both directions.
• On Sunday, December 13, trains at South Amboy, Perth Amboy, Woodbridge and Avenel will operate on the eastbound (to Newark/New York) track in both directions.
