CANCELLED: Newark Light Rail: Boarding Changes due to Track Work - Sunday, April 25, 2021

UPDATE: This project has been cancelled for April 25. Newark Light Rail trains will operate as normal.

On Sunday, April 25 from 2AM to 6:30PM, boarding changes will occur on NJ TRANSIT’s Newark Light Rail due to scheduled track maintenance work as follows:

Sunday, April 25, 2AM to 6:30PM

• All trains will arrive on the outbound platforms at Norfolk Street, Orange Street and Park Avenue stations.
• Inbound platforms will be closed at Norfolk Street, Orange Street and Park Avenue stations.

IMPORTANT: All trains will operate on regular Sunday schedule.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
