Rail Service Adjustments for Independence Day Observed – Monday, July 5, 2021

On Monday, July 5, Independence Day observed, NJ TRANSIT will operate modified Rail service as follows:

Friday, July 2 to Sunday, July 4

• Trains will operate on their normal schedules. There will be no getaway service on Friday, July 2.

Monday, July 5 (Independence Day Observed)

• On Monday, July 5 (Independence Day Observed), all lines will operate on a weekend schedule with additional service during peak periods. For details, see the Weekend, Holiday and Special Service Information section in your line’s timetable by visiting the Train Schedules page.
