Hudson Bergen Light Rail: Boarding Changes & Schedule Adjustments due to Track Work - Saturday, September 25 to Sunday, September 26, 2021

Beginning on Saturday, September 25 and continuing until 8PM Sunday, September 26, boarding changes and schedule adjustments will occur on NJ TRANSIT’s Hudson Bergen Light Rail between Danforth Avenue and Liberty State Park stations, in both directions, due to scheduled track maintenance work as follows. 

Service notes:

• On Saturday and Sunday between 3AM and 8PM, trains for 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal service will operate on a single track in both directions between Danforth Avenue and Liberty State Park stations.
  • On Saturday, September 25, trains will be arriving and departing on Track No. 2 at Danforth Avenue and Richard Street stations.
  • On Sunday, September 26, trains will be arriving and departing on Track No. 1 at Danforth Avenue and Richard Street stations.

Saturday, September 25 to Sunday, September 26

Northbound Departure Times (in minutes after the hour):

• 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal – :06, :26 and :46
• West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue – :08, :28 and :48

Southbound Departure Times (in minutes after the hour):

• Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street – :05, :25 and :45
• Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue – :16, :36 and :56

NOTE: AFTER 8PM on Sunday, September 26, normal departure times will operate.
