UPDATE: Severe weather has resulted in detours on multiple bus routes and Access Link paratransit service, as well as delays on some rail lines due to downed trees and flooding. Please check service alerts before traveling.

As the region prepares for a Nor’easter storm, Governor Phil Murphy has declared a State of Emergency, effective 8PM Monday, October 25. NJ TRANSIT is planning to run regular weekday bus, rail, light rail and Access Link service for as long as it is safe to do so, and will continue monitoring weather conditions for the duration of the storm through Tuesday, October 26.

Please exercise extreme caution around bus stops, stations and facilities as flood conditions may exist. Customers are encouraged to continuously monitor njtransit.com for the latest service information. Please check Travel Alerts & Advisories, sign up for My Transit Alerts, download the NJ TRANSIT app for push notifications and follow us on Social Media for the latest service information.

For more information and language assistance, please call NJ TRANSIT Customer Service at (973) 275-5555 between the hours of 8:30AM and 5PM daily.
