Newark Light Rail: Boarding Changes & Schedule Adjustments due to Track Work - Weekend - February 19-21, 2022

Beginning at 2AM Saturday, February 19 and continuing until 2AM Monday, February 21, boarding changes and schedule adjustments will occur on NJ TRANSIT’s Newark Light Rail due to scheduled track maintenance work as follows:

Boarding Changes:

• All trains will arrive on the outbound platforms at Military Park, Washington Street, Warren Street, Norfolk Street, Orange Street, Park Avenue, Center Street/NJPAC, Atlantic Street, Riverfront/Ball Park Stadium and Broad Street stations.
• Inbound platforms will be closed at Military Park, Washington Street, Warren Street, Norfolk Street, Orange Street, Park Avenue, Center Street, Washington Park and Broad Street stations.

Schedule Adjustments:

IMPORTANT: On both days, trains will operate on a regular Sunday schedule.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
