Port Jervis Line: Buses Replace Trains due to Track Work – Weekend, April 9-10, 2022

On Saturday, April 9 and Sunday, April 10, buses will replace Port Jervis Line trains at New York stations due to track work as follows:

Service notes:
- Trains will operate normally between Suffern and Hoboken.
- Westbound (from New York/Hoboken/Secaucus) customers traveling beyond Suffern must transfer to buses at Route 17.
- Express buses will operate between select Port Jervis Line stations and Route 17.
- Buses departing Port Jervis, Campbell Hall and Tuxedo will make one intermediate stop before continuing to Route 17.
- Buses departing Middletown, Harriman and Sloatsburg will operate directly to Route 17.
- Otisville and Salisbury Mills will be served by local buses only.
- A local bus will operate between all Port Jervis Line stations (Port Jervis through Sloatsburg) and Route 17.
- The local bus will not stop at Suffern or Mahwah stations.
- Customers arriving at Route 17 by bus will connect with eastbound (to Secaucus/Hoboken/New York) trains operating once an hour from 6:14AM until 9:14PM, and then at 10:24PM and 12:14AM.
- Customers arriving at Route 17 by train from New York/Hoboken/Secaucus and all intermediate stations will transfer to buses that will depart 10 minutes after the connecting train arrives at Route 17.
