Hudson-Bergen Light Rail: Boarding Changes & Schedule Adjustments due to Track Work – Weekend – October 8 to October 9, 2022
IMPORTANT: During this time, buses will replace trains on a load-and-go basis between 2nd Street Station and Newport Station.
Boarding Changes:
6AM-8PM (Saturday, October 8 and Sunday, October 9): Tracks R1 and R2 will be out of service between Newport and 2nd Street stations.
Schedule Adjustments:
Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal – :23, :53
- West Side Avenue to Newport Station – :22, :52
- 2nd Street Station to Tonnelle Avenue– :09, :39
Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- Tonnelle Avenue to 2nd Street Station – :08, :38
- Newport Station to West Side Avenue – :18, :48
- Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street – :05, :35
Note: After 8PM on Saturday, October 8 and Sunday, October 9, trains will operate on a normal weekend schedule.
Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
