Newark Light Rail: Boarding Changes at Norfolk Street Station due to Construction Maintenance – Saturday, October 29, and Sunday, October 30

On Saturday, October 29, from 2AM to 6:30PM, and on Sunday, October 30, from 2AM to 6:30PM boarding changes will occur at Norfolk Street Station on NJ TRANSIT’s Newark Light Rail due to scheduled track maintenance work as follows:

Boarding Changes:

Outbound platform will be closed at Norfolk St. Station. Passengers are advised to disembark at Warren St. or Orange St. Station for their destination. Please check the destination sign before boarding.

IMPORTANT: All Saturday trains will operate on a regular Saturday schedule. All Sunday trains will operate on a normal Sunday Schedule.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
