Hudson Bergen Light Rail: Boarding Changes & Schedule Adjustments due to Track Work – Saturday, April 8, 2023

On Saturday, April 8, schedule adjustments will occur on NJ TRANSIT Hudson-Bergen Light Rail due to track work.

Boarding Changes:

• Saturday, April 8, from 3AM until 8PM: Tracks R1 and R2 will be out of service, with R1 being barricaded between Exchange Place and Newport Station, and R2 being barricaded between Exchange Place and Harsimus Cove. Bus bridge will be in place at Exchange Place, Harborside Financial and Harsimus Cove Stations.

Schedule Adjustments:

Saturday Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

• Harsimus Cove Station to Hoboken Terminal - :19, :49
• Hoboken Terminal to Tonnelle Avenue Station – :07, :37
• West Side Avenue to Exchange Place Station - :04, :34
• 8th Street Station to Exchange Place Station - :05, :35

Saturday Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

• Tonnelle Avenue to Hoboken Terminal - :12, :42
• Hoboken Terminal to Harsimus Cove Station - :05, :35
• Exchange Place Station to West Side Avenue - :05, :35
• Exchange Place Station to 8th Street Station - :06, :36

After 8PM on Sunday, April 8, normal weekend revenue service will resume.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
