Due to grade crossing rehabilitation near Essex Street Station, Pascack Valley Line substitute buses traveling toward New Bridge Landing/Spring Valley will stop at the corner of First Avenue and Essex Street in front of the Spencer Savings Bank – approximately two blocks from the rail station and the substitute bus stop heading west until work is completed on or about Tuesday, May 2, 2023.

The stop for buses traveling to Secaucus remains unchanged (At bus stop on Essex Street near station and McDonalds). In addition, access remains available for those using the Essex Street parking lot and station platform.
