Newark Light Rail: Construction Maintenance - Saturday, September 23 and Sunday, September 24, 2023

On Saturday, September 23 from approximately 6AM until 4PM, all trains will arrive on the outbound platforms at Norfolk Street, Orange Street, Park Avenue, Bloomfield Avenue, and Davenport Avenue stations. The inbound platforms at these stations will be closed.

On Sunday, September 24 from approximately 6AM until 4PM, all trains will arrive on the inbound platforms at Orange Street and Park Avenue stations. The outbound platforms at these stations will be closed.

IMPORTANT: BOTH DAYS All trains will operate on a modified Sunday schedule as follows:

Departing Grove Street: Trains will depart 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Departing Broad Street: Trains will depart 6 minutes later than scheduled.

Please check all destination signs before boarding and allow for extra travel time.
