Hudson-Bergen Light Rail: Boarding Changes due to Schedule Adjustments – Saturday, September 7, 2024

On Saturday, September 7, beginning at 7AM and continuing until Sunday, September 8 at 6PM, schedule adjustments will occur due to construction along the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. 

 

Boarding Changes:

On Saturday at 6AM until 10PM, track No. 2 will be out of service at Liberty State Park Station. All trains will be arriving and departing on Track No. 1 at Liberty State Park Station. Track No. 1 will be out of service between 22nd Street to 34th Street Station. All trains will be arriving and departing on Track No. 2 between 22nd and 34th Street stations.

 

On Sunday at 6AM until 6PM, Track No. 2 will be out of service between 22nd Street and 34th Street stations. All trains will be arriving and departing at Track No. 1 between 22nd Street and 34th Street stations. 

 

Departure Times on Saturday, September 7 (6AM to 10PM):

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

 

Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :17, :47

  • Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :35

 

After 10PM on Saturday, normal weekend revenue service will resume.

 

Departure Times on Sunday, September 8 (6AM to 6PM):

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :00, :20, :40

  • West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - :08, :28, :48

 

Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :16, :36, :56

  • Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :25, :45

 

After 6PM on Sunday, normal weekend revenue service will resume.

 

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
