Hudson-Bergen Light Rail: Boarding Changes due to Schedule Adjustments – Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18, 2025

On Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18, Hudson-Bergen Light Rail will experience boarding changes due to schedule adjustments. 

Boarding Changes:

  • On Saturday, May 17, from 12:30 AM until Sunday, May 18 at 7:00 PM, Track No. 2 will be out of service between 9th Street and Port Imperial stations. All trains will be arriving and departing on Track No. 1 at Lincoln Harbor Station.

  • On Saturday, May 17, and May 18, from 6:00 AM until 7:00 PM each day, Track No. 1 will be out of service between Liberty State Park and Marin Boulevard stations. All trains will be arriving and departing on Track No. 2 at Jersey Avenue Station.

Departure Times on Saturday, May 17:

6:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :15, :45

  • West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - :18, :48

Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :23, :53

  • Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :35

 

7:00 AM to End of Service

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :09, :29, :49

  • West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - :08, :28, :48

Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :04, :24, :44

  • Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :25, :45

 

Departure Times on Sunday, May 18:

6:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :15, :45

  • West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - :18, :48

Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):

  • Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :23, :53

  • Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :35

 

After 7:00 PM Sunday, normal weekend service will resume.

Please allow for extra travel time, check the destination sign prior to boarding, and listen for station announcements.
