Newark Light Rail Main Line: Substitute Busing between Grove Street and Newark Penn Stations – Saturday, October 4, and Sunday, October 5, 2025

Newark Light Rail trains will be replaced by buses from Grove Street Station to Newark Penn Station on select weekends due to repair work at the Orange Street grade crossing.

Weekend Substitute Bus Service for Main Line:

• Every 20 minutes beginning at 2:00 AM on Saturday, October 4, and continuing until 2:00 AM, on Monday, October 6.

NOTE: Bus Route Nos. 11, 28, 30, and 41 serve Broad Street to Newark Penn Station.
