Hudson-Bergen Light Rail: Service Changes due to Jersey City 5K Marathon – Sunday, October 5, 2025
Service Changes:
- On Sunday, October 5, from 6:00 AM until 1:30 PM, Hudson-Bergen Light Rail will operate on a modified schedule due to the Jersey City 5K Marathon Race.
- After 1:30 PM, regular weekend service will resume.

Start of service, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM:
Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :09, :29, :49
- West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - 11, :31, :51
Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :16, :36, :56
- Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :25, :45
From 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM:
Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :09, :39
- West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - :21, :51
Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :06, :36
- Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :35
From 1:30 PM until end of service:
Northbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- 8th Street to Hoboken Terminal - :09, :29, :49
- West Side Avenue to Tonnelle Avenue - 08, :28, :48
Southbound Departures (in minutes after the hour):
- Tonnelle Avenue to West Side Avenue - :16, :36, :56
- Hoboken Terminal to 8th Street - :05, :25, :45
After 1:30 PM, normal weekend service will resume.
