Bus Detour for No. 138 in Spotswood – Effective Immediately

Effective immediately and continuing until Friday, October 10, Summerhill Road will be closed between Main Street and Old Stage Road due to railroad crossing repairs.     

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 138 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward New York will travel from Main Street and Summerhill Road, continue on Main Street, left on Taft Place, left on Old Stage Road, right on Summerhill Road, and then continue the regular route.  
• Buses traveling toward Old Bridge will travel from Summerhill and Old Stage roads, make a left on Old Stage Road, right on Taft Place, right on Main Street, and then continue the regular route.             

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
