Bus Detour for No. 107 in South Orange – Friday, October 17, 2025

Effective Friday, October 17, from 1:00 PM until 11:00 PM, Irvington Avenue will be closed between Prospect Street and Ward Place due to a food festival.  

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 107 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward New York will travel from Prospect Street and Irvington Avenue, left on Prospect Street, right on South Orange Avenue, right on Ward Place, left on Irvington Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward South Orange  will travel from Ward Place and Irvington Avenue, make a right on Ward Place, left on South Orange Avenue, left on Valley Street, and then continue the regular route.            

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
