River LINE Light Rail: Service Adjustments due to Halloween Parade & Festivities – Sunday, November 2, 2025

Delays in both directions

At the request of the Palmyra Police Chief, NJ TRANSIT will be reducing train speeds through Palmyra between 5PM and 9PM for their Annual Halloween Parade & Festivities, which is expected to attract a significant amount of pedestrian traffic around the light rail right-of-way.

During this time, River LINE Light Rail trains will run at a slower speed to maintain a safe environment for pedestrians during the parade. Service will resume to normal speed upon the conclusion of the parade & festivities.
