Bus Routes No. 400, 403, and 451: Weekday Detour in Camden – Monday, November 17, 2025
Effective November 17, 2025, until summer of 2026, Haddon Avenue will be closed between Kaighns and Newton Avenues for long-term construction on weekdays only.
Bus routes 400, 403, and 451 will operate on a detour. Trips going towards Walter Rand Transportation Center will use Kaighns Avenue and I-676. Trips leaving Walter Rand Transportation Center will use I-676 and Atlantic Avenue.
NOTE: On weekends, all bus service will operate along its usual route via Haddon Avenue.
The following southbound bus stops will not be served during the detour:
- Haddon Ave. at Benson St. (MyBus #15141)
- Haddon Ave. at Newton Ave. (MyBus #15142)
- Haddon Ave. at Pine St. (MyBus # 15143)
- Haddon Ave. at Chestnut St. (MyBus #15146) – 403, 451 only
- Haddon Ave. at Kaighns Ave. (MyBus #15147) – 403, 451 only
The following northbound stops will not be served during the detour:
- Haddon Ave. at Park Blvd. (MyBus # 15131) – 403, 451 only
- Haddon Ave. at Pine St. (MyBus #15134)
- Haddon Ave. at Newton Ave. (MyBus #15135)
- Haddon Ave. at Benson St. (MyBus #15136)
- Ephraim Ave. at Kaighns Ave. (MyBus #15198) – 400 only

Customers are directed to the following alternative stops:
- Kaighns Avenue at Louis Street (MyBus #15159 westbound and #15156 eastbound) – 403 and 451 only
- Mt Ephraim Avenue at Kaighns Avenue (MyBus #15198 northbound)
- Mt. Ephraim Avenue at Atlantic Avenue (MyBus #15205 southound) - 400 only
- Haddon Avenue at Whitman Avenue (MyBus #15149 southbound) - 403 and 451 only
On-demand ride share is available through Camden Loop between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM: https://city.ridewithvia.com/camden-loop. The cost is $2 per ride. Discounts are available for frequent riders.
