Bus Detour for Nos. 504 & 505 in Ventnor City – Saturday, December 6, 2025

Effective Saturday, December 6, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Ventnor Avenue will be closed between Troy and South Oakland Avenues due to the Ventnor City Holiday Parade. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 504 & 505 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Atlantic City will travel from Ventnor and Troy avenues, make a right on Troy Avenue, left on Atlantic Avenue, left on South Oakland Avenue, right on Ventnor Avenue, and then continue the regular route.   
• Buses traveling toward Margate/Longport  will travel from Ventnor and South Oakland Avenues, make a left on South Oakland Avenue, right on Atlantic Avenue, right on Troy Avenue, left on Ventnor Avenue, and then continue the regular route. 

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
