Bus Detour for No. 2 in Secaucus – Saturday, December 6, 2025

Effective Saturday, December 6, from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM, Front Street will be closed between 10th Street and Post Place due to the tree lighting parade.         

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 2 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Journal Square will travel from 10th Street and Centre Avenue, make a right on Centre Avenue, left on Post Place, right on Paterson Plank Road, and then continue the regular route.    
• Buses traveling toward Secaucus will travel from County and Centre Avenues, make a left on Centre Avenue, left on 10th Street, and then continue the regular route. 

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
