Bus Detour for No. 186 in Fort Lee - Monday, January 12, to Thursday, April 30, 2026

Effective Monday, January 2, until Thursday, April 30, the Bridge Plaza West bus slip will be closed between the ramp to Center Avenue and Center Avenue for construction. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 186 in Fort Lee will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward the George Washington Bridge will travel from Lemoine Avenue and Bruce Reynolds Boulevard, continue on Lemoine Avenue, make a right on Main Street, right on Center Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward Dumont will travel from the upper level of the George Washington Bridge and Exit 73, take Exit 73, keep right to take the exit for Hudson Terrace, make a right on Hudson Terrace, right on Bruce Reynolds Boulevard, right on Lemoine Avenue (Route 67 North), and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
