Bus Detour for No. 704 in Paterson - Effective Immediately

Effective immediately and continuing until Monday, February 2, River Street will be closed between 5th and Keen Streets due to snow. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 704 will operate on a detour as follows: 

• Buses traveling toward Willowbrook Mall will travel from 5th Avenue and East 16th Street, make a left on East 16th Street, right on Lafayette Street, left on Rosa Parks Boulevard, and then continue the regular route. 

• Buses traveling toward Paterson will travel from Rosa Parks Boulevard and Lafayette Street, make a right on Lafayette Street, left on East 16th Street, right on 5th Avenue, and then continue the regular route. 

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
