Bus Detour for Nos. 67 and 139 in Freehold - Sunday, March 15, 2026

Effective Sunday, March 15, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Main Street (Route 537) will be closed between Manalapan Avenue and Freehold Center for the St. Patrick's Day Parade.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 67 and 139 in Freehold will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward New York and Newark will travel from Manalapan Avenue and Main Street, make a left on Manalapan Avenue, right on Broad Street, stop to pick up and drop off in front of Freehold Center, make a left on Throckmorton Street, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward Lakewood and Toms River will travel from Broad Street and Throckmorton Street, continue on Broad Street, stop to pick up and drop off at the 6-12 Store, make a left on Manalapan Avenue, right on Main Street, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
